This mirrors the international bookings – the show is sold out, with over 1,300 companies on the waiting list.

68,682 trade visitors attended Gulfood in Dubai 2012, the Middle East's leading and largest food, food service and hospitality trade fair, with more than 3,800 exhibitors, from 88 countries.

The Australian exhibitors include MLA (Meat and Livestock Association) with 20 companies exhibiting, the Almond Board, Department of Business and Innovation (Victoria), Gold Coast City Council, Max Mark, Bega Cheese, Intermarkets, Oasis and Bickfords.
